Contact and enquiries
Enquiries are handled by AST Media International at ast.mediainternational@gmail.com. When you submit a form, we send your name, email, optional phone number, message and the page you used to that mailbox so your enquiry can be answered. Please send only information relevant to your question. You may ask about access, correction or deletion using the same address.
Calculator inputs
Calculations run in your browser. We do not include your income, property values, loan figures or contact details in Google Analytics events. If you include financial details in your enquiry message, those details are sent by email with your request.
Optional analytics
If you select “Allow analytics”, Google Analytics helps us understand page visits, use of calculators and successfully sent enquiries. The measurement uses a browser identifier and technical device information. Google may process information outside your country. Advertising personalisation and Google signals are not enabled by this website’s tag. You can decline or change your choice using “Cookie preferences” in the footer. Refusing optional analytics does not disable the calculators or contact form.

Essential operation and security
Session and security tokens support form submission and prevent cross-site requests. Server logs and the existing Ads Shield protection may process IP addresses, request paths and technical browser information to protect the website and identify abusive or invalid advertising traffic. These security processes are separate from optional Google Analytics. Website fonts, icons and framework files may load from external providers, which receive technical connection information.
Storage and deletion requests
Enquiries are stored in the receiving email system while needed to handle the request and any applicable record-keeping obligation. Ask us to delete an enquiry when it is no longer required. Analytics retention is controlled in the Google Analytics property. Your cookie preference remains in this browser until you change it or clear website data.
